On February 5th, 2026 (NZDT), we’re switching all users to the new version of CloudCannon! This follows our November 2025 release of expanded Editable Regions and Configuration Mode.
What’s happening
Starting February 5th, everyone will automatically move to the new version. This includes all the improvements we’ve been working on, and everything you’re used to works the same — including client sharing.
New documentation
We’re also launching completely redesigned documentation on February 5th! We’ve rebuilt our docs from the ground up with improved navigation, better examples, and clearer explanations. Whether you’re just getting started or you’re a CloudCannon veteran, the new docs will help you get more out of the platform.
Release timeline

February 5th–12th: The previous version remains available as a backup during the transition
