In the CloudCannon dashboard, the Syncs tab currently shows file changes but not the associated commit message. This makes it difficult to understand what changed without digging into each commit.
Suggestion: Add a toggle to display commit names/messages alongside the file changes in the sync logs. This would provide immediate context and make reviewing deployments much faster.
Hey @tarikrital Thanks for the feedback, and welcome to the community!
The Syncs tab is a good place to check that CloudCannon has pulled/pushed changes successfully, but each sync may correspond to more than one commit (like a Git pull), which is why the information is less specific.
The best way to see individual commits in CloudCannon is the Activity tab on the Site Dashboard. This shows a full list of each commit, with the commit message, author, and a summary of the changes.
Does that help?
We’re definitely interested in iterating on the review deployment process and making it easier/clearer for everyone on your team, so if you (or anyone else) has any other general feedback about this I’d love to hear it!
