In mid-November we’ll be upgrading our database infrastructure to improve performance, security, and reliability across our platform. During this time we will need to temporarily restrict access to the CloudCannon app.

  • Time: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM NZT

  • US East Coast (EST): Saturday, 8:00 PM - 11:00 AM

  • UK (GMT): Sunday, 1:00 AM - 4:00 AM

  • Central Europe (CET): Sunday, 2:00 AM - 5:00 AM

  • Australia East (AEST): Sunday, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

  • Japan (JST): Sunday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

  • Singapore (SGT): Sunday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

:wrench: What to expect during maintenance

All hosting features will be available, which means all of your sites will remain accessible.

The CloudCannon app will be inaccessible with a maintenance message, so editing your sites will not be possible during this time. All builds, syncs and form submissions will be tracked but queued for later.

We’re allowing three hours for the maintenance period, but will do our best to complete the database transition as soon as possible!

Once the upgrade is complete, all services will resume normally. Builds and file syncing will automatically resume, and any queued changes will be processed. We’ll be monitoring the system closely and will provide updates via our status page, and here in the community.

Almost there, we are turning services back on. CloudCannon app should be available in the next 15 minutes.

CloudCannon is back online. We are monitoring the system for issues and performance. Thank you for your patience as we upgraded the platform.

All is operating as expected. Please note, all sessions have been invalidated and you will need to log back in. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.

Just a note: Updates from git providers would’ve been missed if they were sent during the maintenance period. You can trigger a pull by pushing another commit or by clicking the “Pull” button on your site dashboard (The button is “Sync changes” in the previous version of CloudCannon). We have added a ticket to investigate better handling for our next maintenance window.
